Grain Free Paleo Dinner Rolls

Like the texture of bread but want a healthy, grain free version? Save this bread recipe!


WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • 1 grated zucchini

  • 1/2 cup each pepitas, sunflower seeds

  • 1/4 cup sesame and chia seeds

  • 2 cup almond meal

  • 2 tsp baking powder and rock salt

  • 1 heaped tsp San Elk Organic Beef Bone Stock

  • 4 eggs

  • 1/2 cup hulled tahini

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

  • 2 tbsp finely chopped rosemary

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

HOW TO MAKE:

  1. Mix dry ingredients.

  2. Fold in wet ingredients.

  3. Spoon tbsp amounts into a greased muffin tray.

  4. Bake in preheated oven at 170 degrees for 20 minutes or until cooked through and lightly browned.
