Like the texture of bread but want a healthy, grain free version? Save this bread recipe!
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
1 grated zucchini
1/2 cup each pepitas, sunflower seeds
1/4 cup sesame and chia seeds
2 cup almond meal
2 tsp baking powder and rock salt
1 heaped tsp San Elk Organic Beef Bone Stock
4 eggs
1/2 cup hulled tahini
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp finely chopped rosemary
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
HOW TO MAKE:
Mix dry ingredients.
Fold in wet ingredients.
Spoon tbsp amounts into a greased muffin tray.
Bake in preheated oven at 170 degrees for 20 minutes or until cooked through and lightly browned.
