San Elk certified organic artisan stock is made in Australia, each batch is individually handcrafted using premium quality dehydrated and finely ground vegetables, herbs and spices blended together with other natural ingredients to create a nutritious, wholesome and flavoursome stock.   

We believe that flavour comes from real food, using real ingredients. San Elk certified organic artisan stock has a short list of clean and natural ingredients that you are familiar with think sea salt, olive oil and fragrant herbs and spices. 

There are no hidden ingredients in our products like monosodium glutamate (MSG), anti-caking agents or hydrolysed vegetable protein to boost flavour.

Our certified organic artisan stock contains no maltodextrin, palm products, GMO’s, preservatives, additives or artificial colours and is free from gluten, lactose, yeast.

Our certified organic artisan low FODMAP vegetable stock has been tested and certified by the FODMAP Friendly Program. Our ingredients are carefully selected to comply with the low fodmap diet. We wanted to create a vegetable stock made from certified organic ingredients, that’s full of flavour and gentle on the stomach.

FODMAP stands for Fermentable Oligo-, Di-, Mono-saccharides And Polyols.  these are a group of short-chain carbohydrates (sugars) that are poorly absorbed by gut and can trigger symptoms in people suffering from gastrointestinal and irritable bowl syndrome (IBS).  In consultation with a practitioner, a low fodmap diet can assist reduce IBS symptoms.


Our certified organic artisan beef bone stock is made with dehydrated beef bone and finely ground vegetables, herbs and spices to provide a mild natural flavour when added to your meals. We ensure our stock is made from the highest quality raw ingredients available and that all of the essential nutrients are retained.


We use boiled dehydrated beef bones in our stock which is milder in flavour and also lighter in colour in comparison to regular beef which is darker brown.  We don't use any colours, preservatives or additives in our stocks and the addition of turmeric, reishi mushroom and shiitake mushroom make our beef bone stock lighter in colour.

The beef bone broth is made with ethically sourced grass fed and finished bones, sourced from small ethical and sustainable farms in Australia. 


We make a conscious effort to source grass fed and organically raised cattle, that are raised in their natural environment and not pumped with antibiotics, hormones or toxins.


Our supplier has a fully traceable supply chain and manufactured under strict AQIS (Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service) to guarantee integrity.


Simply dissolve one teaspoon per cup (250ml) of hot water or sprinkle as a seasoning.  To be used in the same way as a stock cube or bouillon.  


Due to moisture sensitivity, always use a dry spoon when removing powder from container.


San Elk organic artisan stock is easy to use, quick to dissolve, and adds a deep flavour to soups, broths, stews, casseroles, curries, risottos, stir fries, tofu, lentil and pasta dishes as well as couscous, sauces and gravies.


Can be sprinkled directly as a seasoning on vegetables, hot chips, fish, meat and chicken dishes.

Can be used to season and marinate roasts, meatballs, hamburgers, vegetable patties, vegetable slices, savoury muffins, quiches, falafels, arrancini balls, taco mix, souvlaki meats, bread crumb mix for coasting or as a stuffing.  


Can also be mixed directly into natural yogurt and cottage cheese for quick dips and spreads.  


Once opened container,  please ensure lid is secured tightly as powder is moisture sensitive.   Store container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
