On a medium saucepan, lightly sauté onion in a splash of olive oil
Add 1 litre of dissolved San Elk Vegetable or San Elk Beef Stock
Add some soba noodles and cook for about 5 minutes
Heat a pan & add 10 shiitake mushrooms and a couple of handfuls of spinach in sesame oil.
Add chilli and ginger to taste
