Try this veggie-packed okonomiyaki recipe! Each of this giant pancake has 2.5 cups of veggies so it’s very filling and super delicious too. Great for lunch/ dinner and meal-prep as well. I topped it with my homemade easy Okonomiyaki sauce!

Makes 1 giant pancake
Batter:
1/2 cup flour (I used buckwheat)
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp baking powder
Add-in:
2 cup finely shredded cabbage
Optional 1/2 cup corn/ peas
Topping:
Okonomiyaki Sauce (recipe below) + Mayo + sesame seeds
Okonomiyaki Sauce:
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp maple syrup
